# Accept Mobile Money Payments on WooCommerce Like a Boss

## How to Install

### Option 2: Manual Setup

1. Download the plugin ZIP from the Modem Pay repo
    
2. Go to **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**
    
3. Upload the ZIP and hit **Install Now**
    
4. Click **Activate Plugin**
    

Boom! You’re in business.

## Quick Setup

1. Go to **WooCommerce → Settings → Payments**
    
2. Click **Modem Pay → Manage**
    
3. Toggle it ON
    
4. Add your **Title** (e.g., “Pay with Modem Pay”) and **Description**
    
5. Turn **Test Mode ON**
    
6. Add your **Test Keys**
    
7. Save changes, do a test payment
    
8. Once it’s working, turn **Test Mode OFF**, add **Live Keys**, and save again
    

Done. You now accept mobile money like a pro.

## Quick Checks

* Test a payment before going live
    
* Make sure transactions show up in your Modem Pay dashboard
    
* Double-check that your keys match your mode (test vs live). Don’t mix them.
    

## Common Fixes

**Not showing at checkout?** Make sure it’s enabled.  
**Payments failing?** Wrong keys or test mode still on.  
**WooCommerce missing?** Yeah… install WooCommerce first.
